AFPM’s Workforce Training & Development Forum is fast approaching! Being held October 25-26 in League City, Texas, the forum aims to give individuals with similar training responsibilities an opportunity to share information about their companies’ programs with their peers, benefit from the experiences of others, discuss specific topics in a roundtable discussion format, and envision what steps AFPM can take to support members’ training activities in the future. Registration is limited to AFPM refining and petrochemical members.
Some highlights of this year’s program include:
Process Safety Education – This presentation focuses on our initial effort to increase process safety knowledge at our site. Then our continued effort to shape and influence process safety culture within our organization.
Speakers: Allen Schmaltz & Bjorn Olson, Flint Hills Resources
